In short
On September 23, 2026, Bemobi returned to B3 to ring the bell and celebrate five years of listing on the Novo Mercado.
In 2021, almost 80% of the business was in payments and distribution of mobile games and apps. Five years later, the vertical payments business accounts for more than 70% of the company.
Over this period, Bemobi went from a company with payments in its portfolio to a payments company. Today it is chosen by 16 of the 20 largest private recurring services companies in Brazil.
Among the innovation priorities for the next five years is agentic payments: the infrastructure AI agents will use to pay bills on the user's behalf.
What did Bemobi celebrate at B3 on September 23, 2026?
Five years after its stock market debut, Bemobi returned to Espaço B3 to ring the bell and mark the anniversary of its listing on the Novo Mercado. The company that took the stage is not the same one that went public.
In 2021, almost 80% of the business was in payments and distribution of mobile games and apps, delivered to telecom operators in emerging markets. It was an operation with an international track record, concentrated in a single sector.

How did Bemobi become a payments company?
A lot changed in five years, and fast. The world went through wars involving countries that mattered to the operation. Pix became Brazil's leading payment method, the Central Bank opened the market to fintechs, digital banks gained scale and cash steadily lost ground in everyday life. In this more digital Brazil, paying recurring bills remained one of the last frontiers of friction for those who pay.
Bemobi read that shift and changed its axis. There were asymmetries, and a lot of value to be generated, in recurring bill services. That is where the vertical payments business was born, and today it accounts for more than 70% of the company.
Little by little, we shaped our new purpose, which is to turn payments into a competitive differentiator for large service companies in Brazil.

The shift also came from outside. Throughout the cycle, Bemobi made acquisitions that brought people, sector knowledge and technology to the platform, and each one kept its thesis and its team. Added to what Bemobi built on its own, they formed the platform that serves Utilities, Telecom, Education, Healthcare and, more recently, condominiums, franchises and marketplaces.
That is how the company went from a company with payments in its portfolio to a payments company.
What do the numbers show five years after the IPO?
The numbers tell the story of the new Bemobi:
Indicator | Value |
|---|---|
Private recurring services companies as clients | 16 of the 20 largest in Brazil |
TPV in annualized run rate | +R$ 15.6 billion (2Q26 basis) |
Clients | More than 1,600 |
Global presence | More than 60 countries |
GPTW | 11th consecutive year |
We stopped being just a horizontal payments company, one that operates at a more macro level, and became a company specialized in the sectors where we operate with a lot of focus and a lot of expertise.
João Stricker, CRO of Bemobi
Behind these numbers are the four differentiators that sustain the company: Sector Specialization, Intelligent Payments, Complete Journey and AI-Native Platform. They are payments that speak each sector's language and become a value lever for the companies Bemobi serves.
How does the 2021 business differ from the 2026 business?
Bemobi 2021 | Bemobi 2026 | |
|---|---|---|
Main axis | Payments and distribution of mobile games and apps | Vertical payments |
Weight of the main axis in the business | Almost 80% | More than 70% |

Who built the Bemobi that returned to B3?

Bemobers celebrate five years of BMOB3 on the B3 stage, on September 23, 2026.
The bell-ringing photo represents the whole company: the Bemobi that went public in 2021 and the operations that joined later, bringing new sectors, new talent and new capabilities to the platform.
No company changes its axis on its own. A shift of this size is only sustained by the trust of those who bill and those who invest, and by a team that takes care of today while building tomorrow.
We managed to grow, to build our structure, to reinvent the business, while always keeping what we believe is important in our culture. It was great to be here at the IPO five years ago, and I am still very excited about what lies ahead.
Fernanda Shugastru, CHRO of Bemobi
Why are agentic payments among the priorities for the next five years?
Bemobi looks at the next cycle with the same conviction that opened this one, and with AI at the center of the sector's next shift. Among its innovation priorities, one is already clear: agentic payments. It is the transaction an AI agent authorizes and completes on the user's behalf, within limits set in advance.
The thesis starts from a routine that is still manual. In general, bills are paid in the bank app or directly with the provider. People open the app, copy the barcode, check the due date and have to remember to do it all again the following month. An agent that knows their finances knows which bills they have. It prioritizes what carries the highest penalty and what cannot lead to a service cut, and pays on the right date. The journey becomes invisible to those who pay and gains intelligence for those who bill.
With AI becoming easier and more accessible so quickly, it is hard to imagine bills will keep being paid the way they are today. Bemobi wants to build the bill payment infrastructure these agents will use.
The AI-Native Platform is born ready for this era. It brings together payments that learn with every transaction, orchestration that seeks the best approval route and Conversational AI, which handles service, collection and payment in the same conversation.
