The Personal Data Channel is a channel created exclusively for requesting information under the terms of Law No. 13,709/2018, the Data Protection Law or LGPD.

Requests for Personal Data information will be directed to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who will respond to the request under the terms and conditions of the LGPD.

The personal data collected here is used only to verify the identity of the person requesting the information, and additional information may be required. If there are doubts about the identity of the requester and/or the legitimacy of the request, your request will not be fulfilled until such issues are satisfactorily clarified.

If we are not the Controller of the requested Personal Data, but only the Processor, the requester will be referred to the Controller.

It is important to detail your request in order to make it easier to handle.

This channel must be used exclusively for the purposes addressed here and is not a channel for commercial contacts or contacts of any other nature.
