Pursuant to the LGPD and other applicable privacy and data protection laws, you may exercise the rights provided for in relation to your personal data, including, as the case may be:

  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of personal data, when applicable;

  • portability of personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements;

  • objection to processing, in the cases provided for by law;

  • petition before the competent authority, when applicable.


To exercise your rights, you may use the data channel made available by Bemobi and select the option most appropriate to your request. For the analysis of the request, information necessary to identify the data subject, validate the request, understand their relationship with Bemobi and assess the request may be required.


Certain requests may not be fully fulfilled when there is a legal basis for retaining the data or when Bemobi is not the controller responsible for the processing.


When the request is related to personal data processed by Bemobi as a processor, on behalf of a client controller, Bemobi may forward the request to the respective controller or guide the data subject to the appropriate channel.

7. How long is my data retained?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to process it in accordance with the purposes described in this Policy or as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, exercise rights or meet other situations permitted by law.


When personal data is no longer necessary or relevant for our purposes, and when there is no legal or regulatory obligation justifying its retention, we will take measures to delete, aggregate or anonymize it, as the case may be.

Bemobi has an internal structure dedicated to supporting the implementation of appropriate safeguards in the processing of personal data of clients, employees, business partners and other data subjects.


This structure supports the review of privacy policies, procedures and practices, as well as the monitoring of data subject requests and matters related to the protection of personal data.

When new updates occur, Bemobi will publish the revised version and indicate the respective update date.
